Distribution: Printed monthly and hand delivered to retail businesses, doctors’ offices, libraries, coffee shops, legal offices, spas, salons, car dealerships, interior designers, and healthcare professionals, throughout the Sandhills Region. We target professional women and stay at home moms where the work, eat, shop and play!

Production: Up to 3 Free proofs are provided for each advertiser by Women’s View Magazine and/or Women’s View Shopping Guide & Monthly Planner only.

Copy Acceptance: Women’s View, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement at its discretion. We reserve the right to edit or reject any material which may be deemed unsuitable for our publication.

Artwork & Photography: All artwork and photography produced by Women’s View, Inc. remains the sole property of Women’s View, Inc. A copyright usage fee must be paid to Women’s View, Inc. for use of artwork or photography in any other publication.

Placement: Position requests are given full consideration, but the publisher cannot be held liable for failure to accommodate said requests.

Make Good Policy: Errors in ads must be reported to your account representative within 2 weeks of publication. At that time, any errors on the part of Women’s View, Inc. will be considered for a make-good by the publisher. Women’s View, Inc. is not responsible for errors overlooked by advertisers after an ad has been proofed and approved.

Errors: Errors omitted in the proofing stage are the responsibility of the advertiser or the agency, not Women’s View, Inc.

Frequency & Contract Terms: Frequency specials are available on a 12x basis. To receive a frequency special, ads must appear in consecutive issues. Ads that are canceled prior to expiration of the contract incur a “Short Rate” billing. At that point, insertions which have been published at the contract price are recalculated at the frequency rate which has been earned and the advertiser is billed for the difference. Cover Ad specials will be billed at the cost of $1,500, the total invoice will be recalculated less the invoices previously paid if an ad is cancelled prior to the one year agreement date.

Deposit /Payment Terms: All first time advertisers will be asked to include payment when the ad is placed. All accounts require a credit application which includes a credit card guarantee. The contract price is invoiced per issue. All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be charged to the credit card on file with the permission of the advertiser at that time. Accounts 30 days past due automatically will be charged one and one half percent (1.5%) per month on the unpaid balance. If a credit card is not available and the account is 30 days past due a company check will be collected on the next business day to resume advertising with no penalties.
